Refund policy

Grace By Sophia accepts returns on all US orders within 30 days. 

Items Eligible for Exchange or Return:

• Unworn items in original condition
• Items purchased within the last 30 days

Items NOT Eligible for Exchange or Return:

• Custom items
• Engraved items
• Lost or missing items
• Abused or damaged items
• Items purchased over 30 days ago

Return Process:

• Once we received the item back at Grace By Sophia, we will process it right away. It can take up to 5-10 days depending on how complete your return form is.
• Refunds typically take 10 business days to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement.

Please Note:

• You may have received free shipping on your original order. This offer is limited to original purchases only. Any shipping costs involved in returns or exchanges will not be covered or reimbursed. Original expedited shipping will not be refunded.
